  1. WOW! I have so many wellness goals....The past two years with the knee has brought new opportunities to re think my wellness and fitness goals. I am currently looking for a recumbant bike to get back a sence of normalcy in the workout piece. Eating more fruits and to love the fiber! Reaching to a different edge in yoga, working more with the breath. The most important goal for me this year is to know I am a human spirit not a human body, and remain in gratitude for every breath!
